OUR SUGGESTIONS

- Please bring with you the printout of your notes you will need regarding your presentation, as there is no printer / printout center in the congress hotel.

- Have the printout of the page of your session with you in the congress program.

- If you have a power point presentation, always keep it in flash memory both in your e-mail address. Since a large number of flash memory will be inserted into the presentation computers during the presentations, in case of virus, load your presentation to another flash memory instead of the flash memory containing important information and documents (wedding photos, thesis, etc.).

- You must be in the session from the start of the session (no matter what rank you rank)

- After making your presentation, no certificate of participation will be given.

- Your participation certificates will be given by your session chair at the end of the session.

- Session chairs are FULLY AUTHORIZED to conduct the session.
